1. Everyone must sign-in.
2. Auction starts promptly at 9:00 am.
3. If any auction attendee has an outstanding balance with "A Tow & Stow", invoice must be paid in full before attending auction.
4. Any person dismissed from A Tow and Stow employment will not be allowed to attend auctions.
5. Any behavior or comments not in an appropriate matter will not be tolerated, you will be asked to leave the property.
6. The accepted bid must be paid for the vehicle, motorcycle, or vessel in cash, U.S. funds within 15minutes of Auction closing.
7. All bids start at a minimum of $250.00 U.S. Dollars.
8. There will be a 15% administrative fee added to the highest bid.
9. If bid is accepted for title you must provide proof of transfer of title prior to removing vehicle, boat, or motorcycle from yard. Florida law requires insurance and registration for title. No vehicle will leave the lot until proof of Title transfer is in the office.
10. When vehicle is paid for, that is considered a non refundable deposit.
11. Towing and storage will be announced on each vehicle, if bid does not exceed tow and storage charges we may reject any bid. Notification of acceptance will be no later than 3:00 pm the next business day. The winning bid will have 48 hours to return to pay for vehicle(s) with cash, or cashier check. Vehicle must be removed within 96 hours of date of sale or pay $50.00 per day for storage based on calendar day. Day after sale is the first day to start count for storage charges. If you bid and do not pay within 48 hours or remove vehicle within 96 hours of auction day, you may not be allowed to attend future auctions.
